Order of Gyumri Medical Center CJSC


1. Scope of Application


1.1. These disciplinary rules regulate the employees (hereinafter referred to as ‘Employee’) hiring and dismissal procedures, the rights of parties of employment contract, obligations and responsibilities, working hours, rest hours, disciplinary measures and motivations applicable to Employees and other issues concerning job provision in Gyumri Medical Center Closed Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as ‘Company’, or ‘Hospital’ or ‘Organization’).


1.2. The Employee hereby declares that he/she read and understood thoroughly the above provisions and agrees to sign to abide by such provisions.


The Employee cannot renounce it for any reason.


2. General Terms


2.1 In the case of inconsistencies between the provisions set by RA Labor Legislation and the provisions stated in this document, the RA Labor Legislation provisions are applied.


2.2 If these regulations contain provisions that are less favorable, than the conditions defined for Employees by RA Labor Legislation and norms on labor law, then these provisions have no legal effect.


2.3 This document is considered to be an internal legal act of the Company. It was adopted on the bases of RA Labor Code (hereinafter referred to as ‘Code’) and defines rules applicable to people who are in labor relations with the Employer.


3. Legal acts adopted by the Executive Director of the Company


3.1 The Executive Director (hereinafter referred to as ‘Director’) adopts internal and individual legal acts.


3.2 Legal act adopted by Director can be in a form of order or instruction.


3.3 The legal act adopted by the Director comes into force from the moment the respective persons are informed, if not otherwise defined by that legal act.


3.4 The internal and individual legal acts adopted by Director are stored and archived in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.


4. Hiring, transferring and dismissal of Employees


The Company can enroll citizens of Republic of Armenia and foreign countries.
